CNC machine tools are used for further processing of the semi-finished aluminum wheels to ensure that the finished product has precise dimensions and smooth edges.
Jindun is equipped with 46 sets of CNC machining tools, and the machining accuracy can reach up to 0.02mm. Aluminum wheels can be further processed to produce various styles of wheels, while performing CNC machining has improved our processing efficiency and effectively shortened our delivery time.
Jindun has been a cast aluminum alloy wheel provider since 1993, with years of design and manufacturing experience in this industry. Our cast aluminum alloy wheel is formed through integral cast, gaining higher strength than traditional spoke wheels, but with a lower cost. We provide competitive price as well as fast delivery. Now, we can produce as many as 1,500,000 cast aluminum alloy wheels annually.
