At present, Jindun mainly uses A356.2 aluminum alloy as the raw material for the production of wheels. A356.2 aluminum alloy is a typical Al-Si-Mg ternary alloy and a cast aluminum alloy with excellent comprehensive performance.

Casting
Casting

Casting is a metalworking process to obtain a metal blank. This process begins with melting a metal into a liquid, which will be poured into the mold cavity. Then, after cooling, solidifying, and cleaning, the metal blanks will be formed.
Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment

Aluminum wheels can be heat treated to improve the performance, mechanical properties, size and shape accuracies. The following types of heat treatment processes are available based on your needs.

CNC Machining
CNC Machining

CNC machine tools are used for further processing of the semi-finished aluminum wheels to ensure that the finished product has precise dimensions and smooth edges.

Surface Treatment
Surface Treatment

Jindun is able to produce aluminum alloy wheels with various surface treatment needs with a full set of pretreatment machines, painting equipment, and powder coating equipment. If you have demanding requirements regarding the appearance, a powder coating treatment can be used to create a thicker coating. The thin coating in different colors can be realized through painting treatment.
