Casting
Casting is a metalworking process to obtain a metal blank. This process begins with melting a metal into a liquid, which will be poured into the mold cavity. Then, after cooling, solidifying, and cleaning, the metal blanks will be formed.
The casting method is easy to operate and is ideal for mass production, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery. Aluminum one-piece cast wheels are stronger, more durable, easier to clean and maintain compared to wheels with spoke styles.
Jindun has 16 sets of casting equipment, 8 sets of furnace equipment, and the production capacity of the workshop can reach 200,000 pieces per month, laying a certain foundation for mass production.
Jindun has been a cast aluminum alloy wheel provider since 1993, with years of design and manufacturing experience in this industry. Our cast aluminum alloy wheel is formed through integral cast, gaining higher strength than traditional spoke wheels, but with a lower cost. We provide competitive price as well as fast delivery. Now, we can produce as many as 1,500,000 cast aluminum alloy wheels annually. We have expert manufactories which are able to finish all the process automatically, including a selection of materials, casting, CNC machining, thermal treatment, surface treatment and testing, with stringent quality control and production plan. Please contact us if you have any questions about custom aluminum alloy wheels.
